Here's the thing though: Most of us keep thinking we have plenty of time to capture these stories. We tell ourselves we'll sit down with our elderly family members "soon" to ask about their childhood, their wisdom, and all of the family history they know.

But time has a way of running out before we realize it. When that senior loved one with all the family history and wisdom passes on, all of those stories, the family genealogy, and the wisdom go with them.
