A Prayer for the Jobless and the Homeless

Today I’ve been heavily thinking about those of us who are unemployed, in between jobs, in transition, homeless/in between homes, and those affected by the government shutdown.

Praying for relief.

Praying for God to give us prophetic insight, wisdom, and strategy for our job searches and house hunting.

Praying for unexpected checks and abundant financial blessings to be released to us.

Praying for God to touch the hearts, minds, and spirits of those who can help and/or be a resource for provision, housing, employment, etc.

Praying for our hope to not be lost.

Praying for our strength to be renewed.

Praying that God will give us beauty for our ashes.

God sees us. We are not forgotten. God WILL come through for us.

In Jesus’ name it shall be so and it cannot be otherwise.
