On Thursday, April 7, 2022, I had the opportunity to attend Mind What Matters’ (https://www.wearemindwhatmatters.org/) Spring Fundraiser Gala in Nashville, Tennessee. After my Mom was diagnosed with early Alzheimer’s in 2021, this organization was one of the organizations that provided caregiving grants and resources to my family and I, both last year and this year. I am forever grateful for Liz Humphreys, the Founder and Executive Director, and her organization for all that they do for the family caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s.
