    PLEASE READ THE PAYMENTS, PROCESS, AND REVISIONS SECTION BELOW IN ITS ENTIRETY.
      • Full payment is due at the start of services. 
      • Please complete the TV Show Treatment Info Form.
      • Upon receiving payment, Monique C. Baisden or an assistant will provide you with a receipt and follow up with you (or your point of contact) for a 15-minute consultation to discuss client files needed, expectations, and to answer any questions you may have. 
      • Upon completion of the presentation, a draft of the presentation will be emailed to you and you will receive up to 2 revisions. 
      • After last revision is made, you will receive final version of the presentation.
