About Me

Monique C. Baisden is a multifaceted Servant of God, storyteller, and change agent whose work is deeply driven by purpose, faith, and a commitment to inspiring transformation. A native of Atlanta, GA, and current resident of Franklin, TN, Monique is dedicated to empowering others through her creative and advocacy-driven endeavors.

Monique earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education, graduating summa cum laude from Clark Atlanta University, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. She is also a graduate of the ACTONE Hollywood Screenwriting program for Christian screenwriters and Lakeisha Dixon-Jones' Breakthrough Coaching and Leadership Academy.

 

With over 20 years of diverse professional experience, Monique has worked in corporate and nonprofit organizations, start-ups, and as a consultant for entrepreneurs, creatives, faith leaders, and nonprofit leaders. She has helped individuals and organizations launch their businesses, refine their brand identities, and manage projects from concept to completion. Through her previously dissolved businesses, Monique conceptualized and led collaborative projects, networking events, and opportunities for creatives and entrepreneurs to thrive.

 

THE SERVANT OF GOD 

A daughter of an ordained Elder and the granddaughter of a Pastor, Monique answered her call to ministry in 2016. She has ministered in various roles, including on praise teams, in choirs, and as a leader at several churches in the Atlanta area including the following: Ben Hill United Methodist Church, Greater Travelers Rest Baptist Church (House of Hope Atlanta), Oasis Family Church, Embassy International Worship Center, The Impact Center, and The Ransomed Church. 

 

Monique has also hosted prayer calls for Christian creatives and entrepreneurs through her Facebook community, Purpose-Driven God Chasers, which she founded in 2017. The community provided prayer, inspiration, and networking opportunities for Christian creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals before dissolving in 2022.

THE STORYTELLER
 

Monique is a professional writer and self-published author. She has contributed articles to FreddyO.com, Type II Nation, and Bold Favor Magazine, and served as a staff writer for TeamJesusMag.com. She has previously written and self-published 2 books: "Single and Set Apart For a Season: A Book of Prayers, Declarations, and Scriptural Inspiration for Single Christians" (2017), and "Let Us Pray: A 12-Month Prayer Journal" (2023).

As a podcast host, Monique developed the "Pursuing Purpose" interview series, which evolved into The Purpose-Driven Dreamchasers Podcast, available on platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, Pandora, and Soundcloud.

Monique's passion for music has always been at the heart of her creative work. In 2020, she founded 4 The Kingdom Entertainment (later renamed 4 The Kingdom Enterprises), where she served as Executive Producer, Music Video Director, and Songwriter. Her most notable project, the advocacy music video, "Enough Is Enough", has been recognized at the 2021 Voices Rising Film Festival, the 2021 Richmond International Film Festival, and the 2023 Indie Night Film Festival in Atlanta.

 

Prior to founding 4 The Kingdom Entertainment, Monique had been an independent songwriter since 2008 and formed the professional songwriting team, The ProWriters, in 2015. She is also a seasoned professional singer who has several years of experience singing professionally with the Atlanta-based, SEEiT Choir, a corporate performance choir that has appeared in television shows, movies, and performed at other notable and highly acclaimed events, including Harry Belafonte's "Many Rivers to Cross" Concert, Jermaine Dupri's "The Rap Game", Tyler Perry's "Madea's Family Funeral" and "A Fall From Grace", FOX Television’s "STAR", and the CBS Pre-Show for Super Bowl LIII.
