Coach Mo Says: Make Yourself A Priority

I know that many #entrepreneurs, #creatives, and #businessowners use Saturdays and Sundays to plan the week ahead. As you are planning and preparing for your upcoming work week, make sure you put yourself on your schedule. Take care of yourself and time out to take care of your spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, and relational needs so that you won't get sick, tired and/or burned out. Rest. Exercise. Pray. Spend time with family. Do whatever you need to do to recharge and re-energize so that you can be productive in what you have called to do. Make yourself and your needs a priority.
